On behalf of my family, I want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone at Kelowna Hospice House for the exceptional care and compassion you provided to my dad, Ray Nairon, during his final days. Your patience, kindness, and unwavering support during this incredibly difficult time meant more to us than words can convey. Thank you for being there when we needed it most and for making a meaningful difference in Dad’s final moments.

I have been remiss in not writing earlier to thank the staff of Hospice House for their care of our Father in the last hours of his life at the end of September. We very much appreciated the care and attention of Sarah and Jen when Dad arrived and all of the staff over the 36 hours he was there. The House is so very well designed and kept and the staff are empathetic and helpful. It was a great comfort to us to be there with such a caring and supportive staff. Our family directed donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice and I am hopeful that some of those expressing condolence did just that. Thanks again to all and continued best wishes to your organization in its important work.
