On behalf of my mother, Jo, my sisters, Robyn and Maureen, and myself, I would like to extend our sincere and heartfelt thanks for the compassionate care you provided to my father, Grant Gair, earlier this year.

From the moment he arrived at Hospice House Central Okanagan, it was evident that he was in capable and caring hands. Your facility itself reflects dignity and comfort, but it is the people within it who truly make the difference. Every member of your team — from nursing staff to support personnel — demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness during an incredibly difficult time for our family.

My mother and sisters were especially impressed with both the quality of the facility and the warmth of the individuals working there. The atmosphere you create balances clinical excellence with humanity. You supported not only my father in his final days, but also our entire family as we navigated the emotional weight of saying goodbye.

We are deeply grateful that his last days were spent in an environment defined by respect, attentiveness, and calm reassurance. The dignity you afforded him, and the consideration shown to us, will not be forgotten. Your work requires not only skill but also emotional strength and compassion, and it is clear that Hospice House Central Okanagan embodies both.

Please accept our sincere appreciation for the care, comfort, and professionalism you provided. You made a profoundly difficult chapter more bearable for our family, and for that we are truly thankful.
