My partner of 37 years died on September 21, 2019. I had never gone through the death of a close loved one. The staff and the facility were great! I couldn't have gotten through it without all of their help. A jewel for Kelowna to have this facility. Thank you, thank you.

I have been remiss in not writing earlier to thank the staff of Hospice House for their care of our Father in the last hours of his life at the end of September. We very much appreciated the care and attention of Sarah and Jen when Dad arrived and all of the staff over the 36 hours he was there. The House is so very well designed and kept and the staff are empathetic and helpful. It was a great comfort to us to be there with such a caring and supportive staff. Our family directed donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice and I am hopeful that some of those expressing condolence did just that. Thanks again to all and continued best wishes to your organization in its important work.
