My brother Terry was in the hospice from February this year. Today he sadly passed away. I live in New Zealand and have rung for updates on his condition on numerous occasions. While Terry was able a nurse would assist so that I could speak to him. I cannot thank you enough for the care that he received. You made his end of life so much better and I am so grateful for your care of him. Thank you 🥰
